EXPECTATIONSTo begin the travel planning we would like to start with a conversation about you and your travel dreams.
We’ll also let you know what you can expect from us. We can do this in the office, over coffee or through a phone call; whatever works best for you. The consultation is complimentary, and from this conversation, we can determine the best steps to move forward.
PLANNING STAGEAfter your first conversation, we’ll email you with the quote, ideas and initial suggestions. It is then time to officially start the process and the deposit will be collected. This covers the first three versions of your handcrafted vacation, the time spent researching, checking availability, flight routings, customized unique touring building etc. Making sure we are within budget and the parameters you have set forth for the trip.
BOOKINGWhen ready, we’ll start booking your trip.
THE FINISHING TOUCHESAbout 8 weeks prior to your departure, we start finishing your details, refining and adding information where needed. The balance of your trip is due at this time. Your travel documents will be full of tips for your trip and will be emailed to you about three weeks prior to departure and a call scheduled to run through any last minute questions you may have. Approximately 2-4 weeks before you travel, your final documents will be sent to the address on your booking form, unless otherwise discussed.
